Hi, I’m Jennifer and I love supporting and working with women to help them explore their past, understand what is going on in their life, and make changes to realise the life they want.
I work with women who feel stuck beneath the surface; navigating quiet overwhelm, difficult relationship patterns, or a loss of connection with themselves. Women who want to stop living by everyone else’s expectations and start reconnecting with themselves.
Counselling with me is a space to gently explore what’s underneath, untangle old roles, and rediscover your voice so that you can begin to live more fully, more freely, and more like you.
Starting counselling can take quiet courage. It’s a step toward reconnecting with yourself with honesty, care, and the hope for something different.
There are many reasons you may be seeking counselling. You may be feeling stuck, unsure, or quietly exhausted from feeling like you have to live up to other people’s expectations. Perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in your relationship, or navigating complex family dynamics. You may have recognised patterns of behaviour or relationships that you long to understand and find freedom from. Maybe you’re experiencing a sense of disconnection from your own voice and desires, and want to learn to relate to yourself with more trust and compassion. You may have spent so much time tending to others that you aren’t quite sure how to care for yourself.

My own personal and professional experience allows me to sit with both the spoken and unspoken - to help you explore, not rush. I understand the pressure to perform and the longing to feel like enough. With me, you don’t have to strive or hide. You can be real, messy, and gently transformed.
I have helped women to live from a place that feels more true to who they are. They start making choices that reflect their own values, not just the expectations they’ve carried. They develop the clarity and confidence to know what they truly want, and many find themselves in relationships where they can be fully seen and accepted. They no longer feel the need to hold everything in or avoid conflict, because they’ve learned how to stay with themselves even in hard moments.

The rules they used to live by begin to loosen, and new beliefs take root - ones that are gentler, truer, and more life-giving. Their inner voice softens and they trust themselves and speak up more. They begin to see themselves differently: not broken, not “too much,” but enough, worthy, and whole. They’re no longer just surviving - they’re living lives that feel like theirs.
